Kay Duffield, Executive Director for NOVA-HTI, also serves as a Co-Chair of the Victims Services Subcommittee for the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force.

Megan Caesar is a therapist at Youth for Tomorrow. She received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University and is currently working to obtain her licensed professional counselor certification.

Megan Gerbracht, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in McLean, Virginia. She specializes in treating clients with developmental delays, trauma, and mood disorders. As a volunteer with NOVA -HTI, she provides consultation and treatment for survivors and works closely with NOVA-HTI’s case manager and other providers to coordinate comprehensive outpatient mental health care. Dr. Gerbracht also serves as the church mission partnership liaison with NOVA-HTI and her local church, where she has coordinated community programming to address demand reduction and clinical trainings for mental health professionals.

Steve Steinberg, Chair of the NOVA-HTI Board, coordinates and facilitates prayer calls for NOVA HTI and performs the same function for Global Freedom Alliance, a network of anti-trafficking ministries.

Chelsey Trevino is a CPA and leads the regulatory compliance banking practice at Mazars USA. She has been an auditor working with various firms and uses her professional presence to increase the awareness of human trafficking in the corporate arena, including speaking engagements at Freddie Mac and Amazon. Previously, she worked with Elijah Rising in Houston on the local issues of trafficking before she moved to Northern Virginia. She also serves as NOVA-HTI’s Director of Finance.
