As an intern at NOVA-HTI, you will learn about human trafficking in Northern Virginia and how NOVA-HTI chooses to combat it through actively engaging with our staff and through independent work. It is our goal to raise a generation of abolitionists through mentoring, education, and experience. During your time at NOVA-HTI, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients through direct service and intervention, help spread awareness, and work behind the scenes. You will also choose an approved independent study that will benefit NOVA-HTI and accelerate our work.
The Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Initiative (NOVA-HTI) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) faith-based organization, located in Northern Virginia, that has grown from a grassroots task force formalized in 2010 into a cutting-edge leader and resource in the field of human trafficking advocacy and services.
